Our Process
Engineered to eliminate
guesswork.

Most agencies improvise. We run a system, built and refined on campaigns for B2B AI and software companies. It means faster launches, less risk, and results you can measure against your other acquisition channels.

Phase 01

Strategy & Discovery

We don't start with creators. We start with your product.

Before we contact a single creator, we learn the product properly. We sign up, go through onboarding, hit the paywall, and use the workflows your best accounts use. Then we look at who your buyers already learn from, what your competitors have tried, and build a plan around how your product actually gets adopted rather than a generic brand awareness playbook.

Product immersion

We use the product. We work out where a trial turns into a paying account and which features close deals.

Buyer research

We look at your best accounts: the roles involved in the decision, what they read and watch, and which creators they already follow.

Competitive gap analysis

We map the creator campaigns your competitors have run, work out what performed, and find the angles nobody has used.

Targets set backwards

We start from the number you need, whether that is signups, trials or pipeline, and work back to the creator mix required to get there.

Phase 02

Creator Matching

Followers are vanity. Conversions are sanity.

This is where most agencies waste the budget. They sort by follower count and pick from the top. We look instead at which creators have audiences that actually trial software and pay for it, then cross-reference content quality, posting consistency and brand safety. In B2B a creator with 12,000 engineers reading them is usually worth more than one with a million general viewers. The shortlist you get is not big names. It is the right names.

Sponsorship history

We look at what each creator has promoted before, and whether those campaigns produced anything the client could point to.

Audience overlap analysis

We compare a creator's audience against your existing customer base by role, seniority and industry. The closer the match, the better the conversion.

Authenticity filter

We check for bought followers, engagement pods and inflated metrics. If the audience is not real, the creator does not make the list.

You approve everything

You see every creator, the reasoning behind the pick and the expected performance. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Phase 03

Campaign Launch

We don't just press publish. We orchestrate impact.

Launch day is not when the work starts. It is when the preparation pays off. By then every creator has used your product, worked from a brief written for their audience, produced content we have reviewed, and agreed to a publishing window. The content lands together rather than trickling out over a month.

Briefs that don't sound like briefs

Every creator gets talking points and technical accuracy notes, not a script. The content sounds like them, which is why their audience listens to it.

Pre-publish review

We catch factual errors, weak openings and off-message claims before anything goes out. Technical detail gets checked with your team where it matters.

Synchronised publishing

Several creators publishing inside the same window means the same buyers meet your product more than once in a short period.

Live performance dashboard

From the first post you can see views, clicks and signups attributed to each creator and each channel.

Phase 04

Performance Scaling

The campaign ends. The growth doesn't.

Publishing is the start, not the finish. We watch performance closely through the first 72 hours, then run a full analysis once the numbers settle. Creators who produced signups get renewed. Content that converted gets paid budget behind it. Angles that did nothing get dropped. The next cycle starts with better information.

72-hour triage

Within three days we know which creators, channels and formats are producing clicks and signups, and we act on it rather than waiting for the report.

Extend what works

The creators who perform get larger budgets, longer contracts and category exclusivity, so your best channels stay yours.

Content put back to work

Creator content that performed gets repurposed as paid social, landing page proof and sales collateral your team can send to prospects.

Cost that comes down

Each campaign produces data that makes the next one sharper. Acquisition cost falls as the targeting and the creator roster get better.

Typical Timeline

Creators publishing about your product in 5 weeks. Not 5 months.

Week 1

Plan

Product deep dive, buyer research, strategy document and creator shortlist delivered.

Week 2

Lock in creators

Outreach, rate negotiation and contracts signed. Creators get early access to the product.

Week 3–4

Content production

Creators film, write and produce. We review every draft before it is approved.

Week 5+

Live and scaling

Coordinated publishing, tracking from the first post, and weekly decisions on where the budget goes next.

Why AOG Media

Why B2B AI and software companies pick us over the big agencies.

We only work in B2B software

We are not a generalist agency that also does fashion and fitness. Every campaign we run is for a B2B AI, SaaS or technology company, so we know the buyer and the length of the sales cycle.

We optimise for pipeline, not views

Impressions are easy to buy. Qualified signups and revenue are the point, and every decision gets measured against them.

You talk to operators, not account managers

No handoff to a junior after the sales call. The people who build your strategy are the people who run it.

We know the B2B creator landscape

Which technical YouTubers produce signups, which LinkedIn creators reach buyers rather than other marketers, and which newsletters convert.

Live reporting, not monthly PDFs

A dashboard from day one, with every click and signup tracked by creator and by channel.

Flexible, not locked in

Start with a single campaign, move to an always-on programme, pause when the budget cycle demands it. No twelve-month minimum.
