Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AOG Media is a B2B influencer marketing agency working with AI, SaaS and technology companies. AOG Media is a subsidiary of PXVN Ltd. This policy explains what happens to personal data in connection with our website and our work with clients and creators.

2. What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies. We do not set cookies, and we do not store anything in your browser. If you do nothing but read the site, we receive no information that identifies you.

3. Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, which include IP address, timestamp, the page requested and browser user agent. These are used to keep the site available and secure, and are not used to build a profile of you.

4. Third-party resources

Our pages load a small number of files from third parties: JavaScript libraries from unpkg.com, styling from the Tailwind CSS CDN, and typefaces from Google Fonts. Requesting those files means your browser contacts those providers, and they receive your IP address and user agent as part of serving them. We do not send them any other information about you.

5. When you contact us

If you email us, we hold your message and contact details so we can reply and, where relevant, take an enquiry forward. We keep that correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or the client relationship, and for as long as we are required to keep business records afterwards.

6. Client and creator data

During a campaign we handle business contact details for client staff and for the creators we work with, along with campaign performance data. We use it to run the campaign, pay creators and report on results. Where a client shares personal data with us, they remain responsible for it and we act on their instructions.

7. Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interests to run the website securely and to respond to business enquiries, and on the performance of a contract where we are engaged by a client or working with a creator. Where we need consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting and email providers, and where we are required to by law.

9. International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

10. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us to transfer it. Contact us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.

12. Contact

For any question about this policy or about the data we hold, contact us at sales@aogmedia.agency.
